Who is the seller?
Seller: Borislav Angelov, an individual based in Sofia, Bulgaria, operating under the name LoriKate.
What is Beauty Protocol?
Six surreal portrait studies about beauty, control and imperfection, printed on white heavyweight boxy tees. Each study belongs to the same visual archive.
What is the tee made from?
100% combed cotton, 280 g/m², with a relaxed boxy cut and dropped shoulders. The artwork is printed on the front; the back is blank.
Which colours and sizes are available?
The current collection is offered in White, in S–2XL. Use the garment size chart before ordering.
When will my order arrive?
Production is estimated at 1–3 business days. Transit follows production and varies by destination and service. Check the country delivery table and shipping options.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 27 EU countries. Standard shipping is free. The available services are shown at checkout.
Is each tee printed after I order?
Yes. We print the selected study after the order is placed rather than holding stock of finished printed tees. Orders are produced and dispatched from outside the EU.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Use the link in your shipping confirmation. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email support@lorikate.com as soon as possible. We can cancel free of charge before production starts. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins. Your return rights still apply.
Can I return a tee?
Notify us within 14 days of receiving the order; you then have 14 days to send it back. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Read the full returns policy and address.
What if the print or garment is faulty?
Contact us with your order number and clear photographs. Faulty-item support is separate from the change-of-mind return window; your statutory rights are not limited to 14 days.
How should I wash it?
Inside out at 30°C on a gentle cycle. No bleach or tumble drying. Never iron the print. Read the care guide.
Are the images photographs of a delivered tee?
The product gallery includes digital mockups to show the artwork and garment. Screen colours and the printed result can differ slightly. Check the product details and garment measurements when choosing.
