Who we are

This store at lorikate.com is operated by Borislav Angelov, a private individual based in Sofia, Bulgaria. In these terms "we" and "LoriKate" mean Borislav Angelov. You can reach us at support@lorikate.com or at ul. Aleksander Tanev, bl. 488A, 1715 Sofia, Bulgaria.

These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through lorikate.com. By placing an order you accept them. Our Shipping policy, Refund and return policy and Privacy policy are part of these terms.

Products

Every tee is printed to order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed result because of your device settings and the printing process. Garment measurements are given in the product images, please check them before ordering.

Placing an order

When you complete checkout you make an offer to buy. We accept it by sending an order confirmation email, and the contract is formed at that moment. We may refuse an order if a product is no longer available, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify the payment, and in that case any amount already paid is refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and are final. No VAT is added at checkout. Standard shipping within the EU is free, Fast shipping where offered is shown as a separate line before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there. We never see your full card details.

Delivery

We ship to the 27 EU countries only. Production and delivery times, tracking and the rules for wrong addresses are set out in the Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates given by our production partner, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when you or a person you named receives them.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As an EU consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. How to do this, who pays return shipping and how refunds work are set out in the Refund and return policy.

Legal guarantee

Under EU and Bulgarian consumer law you have a two year guarantee that the product conforms to what was described. If your tee is faulty, misprinted or not what you ordered, contact us and we repair, replace or refund it as described in the Refund and return policy. This guarantee does not cover normal wear, damage caused by not following the care instructions, or changes you made to the product.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until production starts. Contact us as soon as possible. Once printed, the return rules apply.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to Borislav Angelov unless stated otherwise. Buying a tee gives you the right to wear it, not to reproduce, resell or reuse the artwork.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our fault as required by law. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Bulgarian or EU law.

Complaints and disputes

Write to support@lorikate.com first and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot, you may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, kzp.bg) or the consumer authority in your own country. Bulgarian law applies to these terms, without taking away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Courts in Bulgaria have jurisdiction, and as a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
